Snejana Onopka by Daniel Jackson

Snejana Onopka photographed by Daniel Jackson

I love the dreamy and soft pink hues of this photo shoot, don't you? It almost makes me want to dress up like a forest fairy myself! I must also apologise for my recent lack of posts, I'm going away for over a month to Europe soon so preparing for my big trip has pretty much consumed all of my time lately (on top of university and work...) Xx

Etsy Update

Size 6 Open-Toe Wedges
Puff-Sleeve Tiny Hearts Dress
Vintage Look Floral Envelope Clutch
Red Crochet Long Vest

Running an Etsy shop is very much a part-time thing for me - I wish I had more time to put into it, traveling around rummaging through op-shops and thrift stores is my dream! However, a full-time university course gets in the way, plus a part-time writing job...sigh* Anyhow, here are some new items I have added to my store. The best bit? They're all under $25! Bargain :)

Photographer: Amy Scheepers

I love Lana Del Rey's songs, so when a photo shoot titled 'Summertime Sadness' came my way, I couldn't help but click on it to view more. I'm so glad I did because the gorgeous photographs, taken by the very talented Amy Scheepers, are exquisite! I found them here, but lucky for us Amy has a blog full of all her amazing photographs, so you can scroll until your hearts content! Let me know what you think, and enjoy your weekend! :)

Lana Del Rey in VOGUE Australia

(Photographer: Liam Mckessar)

I must apologise for the grainy pictures, but yesterday I bought VOGUE Australia because I just could not resist the beautiful photo shoot with one of my favourite singers of all time - Lana Del Rey. From the (poor quality) photographs above, you can see how dreamy and pretty the editorial is, and I found the interview quite intriguing. For some behind the scenes photographs, you can visit here. Let me know what you think of the editorial, or Lana Del Rey - I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Pony Anarchy Issue No. 7 Out!

A little while ago you may remember that I blogged about my discovery of what I think is by far the best online magazine ever - Pony Anarchy. Issue number 7 is now out, and it is full of gorgeous and dreamy photographs, pretty clothing, and interviews with some of the most inspirational and creative people. This online magazine continues to amaze me with its sheer perfection!

Blog Love - Doris Anne: Feathers & Things

I stumble upon a lot of wonderful blogs every now and then, but I have to admit, I've absolutely fallen in love with Doris Anne: Feathers & Things! This lovely blog is run by the super stylish and sweet Kala Noel, an extremely talented young woman who can sing, dance, make awesome jewellery and thrift shop like a professional! Not only does her blog provide me with inspiration to continue working hard towards my own Etsy shop, but she has also become a bit of a style icon to me. I recommend you check out her blog, I'm sure you will be equally as inspired and in awe :)

Tea and Tulips Boutique

I recently came across this beautiful vintage boutique called Tea and Tulips, and instantly fell in love with it. The one-of-a-kind, delicate vintage items look picture perfect - I would happily love to buy them all! The shop is run by Stefanie, an incredibly talented fashionista based in Miami, and she also has a lovely blog called Steffy's Pros and Cons which I strongly suggest you check out!

Blog Love: Unknown Pleasures

Today I happily stumbled upon a wonderful little blog find - Unknown Pleasures. Ally Carey, a model and fellow Australian, runs the blog and describes it as "a narrative of my musings and observations on the Fashion Industry." I also happily discovered that Ally is the owner of Who Killed Bambi, an online boutique which specialises in customised vintage and awesome new clothing. If you're like me and you love your vintage, then I strongly recommend you check out the site here. I know I'll be adding it to my favourites :)
