I love the dreamy and soft pink hues of this photo shoot, don't you? It almost makes me want to dress up like a forest fairy myself! I must also apologise for my recent lack of posts, I'm going away for over a month to Europe soon so preparing for my big trip has pretty much consumed all of my time lately (on top of university and work...) Xx

How beautiful are these photographs by the very talented Laura Makabresku? I came across one of her works on Tumblr and feeling quite intrigued, I clicked on the link only to open up a whole photostream of photographs that are just so mesmerizing and slightly haunting but in the most beautiful way. There's nothing I enjoy more sometimes than stumbling upon a photographer whose work inspires me this much! Plus, did I mention she has an amazing blog too? I love Lana Del Rey's songs, so when a photo shoot titled 'Summertime Sadness' came my way, I couldn't help but click on it to view more. I'm so glad I did because the gorgeous photographs, taken by the very talented Amy Scheepers, are exquisite! Material Girl Magazine Spring 2012 Editorial

I recently came across this beautiful photoshoot for Material Girl Magazine via the blog Here Comes the Sun. The shoot is the work of photographer Marie Hochhaus, and after glancing through the rest of her portfolio, I have quickly become an adoring fan! Not only did I discover this very talented photographer, but I also stumbled upon the Austria-based magazine Material Girl, which is worthy of a blog post of it's own! Blog Love - Doris Anne: Feathers & Things

I stumble upon a lot of wonderful blogs every now and then, but I have to admit, I've absolutely fallen in love with Doris Anne: Feathers & Things! This lovely blog is run by the super stylish and sweet Kala Noel, an extremely talented young woman who can sing, dance, make awesome jewellery and thrift shop like a professional! Not only does her blog provide me with inspiration to continue working hard towards my own Etsy shop, but she has also become a bit of a style icon to me. I recommend you check out her blog, I'm sure you will be equally as inspired and in awe :)

Tea and Tulips Boutique

I recently came across this beautiful vintage boutique called Tea and Tulips, and instantly fell in love with it. The one-of-a-kind, delicate vintage items look picture perfect - I would happily love to buy them all! The shop is run by Stefanie, an incredibly talented fashionista based in Miami, and she also has a lovely blog called Steffy's Pros and Cons which I strongly suggest you check out!

Blog Love: Unknown Pleasures

Today I happily stumbled upon a wonderful little blog find - Unknown Pleasures. Ally Carey, a model and fellow Australian, runs the blog and describes it as "a narrative of my musings and observations on the Fashion Industry." I also happily discovered that Ally is the owner of Who Killed Bambi, an online boutique which specialises in customised vintage and awesome new clothing. If you're like me and you love your vintage, then I strongly recommend you check out the site here. I know I'll be adding it to my favourites :)

Blog Love: Foxtail + Fern

I've been following this blog for a while now, and looking at these lovely photos above, I'm sure you can see why. Foxtail + Fern allows us to enter into a world of antique objects, vintage and thrifted clothing and gorgeous, scenic locations showing nature at its best. Being described as "a fashion and lifestyle blog with a modern take on vintage clothing", I highly recommend you explore this wonderful blog further. You can even check out the Foxtail + Fern Tumblr, as well as Flickr and Polyvore - I guarantee you'll be so inspired that you'll even feel like going out and exploring nature in your most favourite, vintage clothes. These beautiful, sun-drenched photos are from Prinka Saraswati's Flickr. At only 17 years old, she already has an incredibly impressive portfolio filled with hazy documentations of bright-eyed youth.
